* The search cannot look for part or 10 digit ISBNs so if you are searching by ISBN please type in the whole 13 digit number.  If you have a 10 digit ISBN please try searching by book title, series name or author.

* Typing in just the key words rather than whole sentences returns better results so try removing small words like 'of' and 'the'

* To get more results try removing one of your search terms, so if you don't get anything for maths teacher guide try maths teacher

* To narrow your search and get more relevant results try adding words, so if the results for GCSE science don't seem relevant enough, try GCSE science AQA

Downloads

* If you are looking for downloads you should see them in the box to the right of the product search results

* To find what you want more quickly narrow your search by adding specific words, so instead of answers try GCSE AQA answers

* After searching, click on 'View all downloads' to see the complete returned list.  You can then filter these by the type of download (lesson plans, answers etc) so try searching for the book title first and then filtering the results
