Registering on our website

You have to register on our website to be able to place orders.  We will save your details so that you do not have to enter them again and you can use your unique username and password to log in and access your Account pages or order again.

School registration

If you are registering as a school you should be able to find your school details by searching for your name and/or postcode.  Our website is attached to a database which holds records for all UK schools so in the rare event that you cannot find your school (maybe because you are a brand new school) then please contact our customer services team so we can verify the details before setting up your account.  Please use the contact form on the registration page and they will arrange this straight away.

If you register against your school you will be able to place orders on account and pay for them by invoice, you will be able to order 30-day evaluation copies and you will be eligible for schools prices on all revision titles.  School registration is only available for UK schools/establishments.

Individual registration

If you are an individual or a non-UK customer you can register against your own individual details (or enter your non-UK school details).  You will be able to order on credit card and sign-up for emails.  We will save your contact details for future purchases but will not retain any card details.

Letts and Lonsdale customers

As of 14th December 2011 all online accounts set up on www.lettsandlonsdale.com were moved to this website.  Letts and Lonsdale customers can now log in here to order or manage their account.  All Letts and Lonsdale books are now available to buy on this website.  If you had an account on the Letts and Lonsdale website use your Letts and Lonsdale account details (username and password) to log in.  If you also had a Collins Education online account continue to use your Collins Education log in details to log in here.
 
Setting up a school account

If you are a UK school or establishment we will set up an account when you register which means that you will have the option to order on invoice.  Your school/establishment details will be verified by our accounts team when this is set up.

If you are an international school or establishment, you cannot currently pay on invoice. If you are able to pay by Credit Card, please register as an individual and place your order online. If you are unable to pay by Credit Card, please use our International enquiry form or contact international.schools@harpercollins.co.uk.

Evaluation copies

UK Schools and establishments can order copies of our titles on an evaluation basis.  This means you will receive the item with an invoice and will have 30 days to look at it free of charge before deciding whether or not to buy it.  If you decide to keep it you can pay the invoice.  If you decide you do not want it, send it back in a resaleable condition within the 30 day period and there will be no charge.

International schools should contact their local agent or distributor to arrange evaluation materials.

Home Tutors

Home tutors can receive schools prices on all revision titles. You can also sign up to emails to receive free teaching resources, special offers and information.
