Items ordered on school account

Items ordered on a school account can only be delivered to the verified school address on your account, for security reasons.  If you order on a credit card you can have your order delivered to any address and will have the chance to check or change your delivery details during checkout.

Items ordered on credit card

Items ordered on credit card can be delivered to any UK address.  This can be the address you have registered against, or you can change to another delivery address during checkout.

Delivery times UK

For items ordered on the website:

Collins School Account customers - delivery within 72 hours of ordering
Credit Card orders - delivery within 72 hours of ordering
Non-account orders - delivery within 5 days of ordering

Delivery charges UK

UK orders: a one-off standard delivery charge of £2.95 will be applied to every firm order.  This will be added during the check out process.  Evaluation copies (UK school account orders only) are delivered free of charge.

Tracking orders

You can track the status of your order in your Account pages, Orders page (log in to view this page).  The order will be listed against its tracking number, as on the top of your order summary.  This page will tell you when the order has been dispatched.  If you have any queries please call customer services on 0870 787 1610.

Changing delivery details

You add these when you register and can change them at any time in your Account pages, on the Delivery Details page.  Changes to school details can also be changed in the same place but will have to be verified and updated by our database team within 48 hours so will not be reflected instantly on the site or during your order.

Availability of items

When you put an item into your basket you will see a message telling you if it is in stock.  If you are ordering on a school account you can order items that are temporarily out of stock and we will deliver them to you with your invoice as soon as they are available.  Items that are not in stock cannot be ordered on credit card so you will have to return to buy them when they are available.
