International (Non-UK) orders
You can order on our website from a number of countries in Europe and the rest of the world. Please register to start ordering.
Non-UK customers can only order by credit card on the website. If you do not see your country in the drop down list during registration or you wish to order by invoice please use this form to contact our International Sales team who will contact you to take your order and arrange payment.
Delivery times Non-UK
For items ordered on the website:
Delivery to Europe – 7-10 working days approx.
Delivery to Rest of World – 10-14 working days approx.
Delivery charges Non-UK
Postage and packing is added and displayed during the checkout process. It is calculated based on the weight of the order and destination zone. Our rates are based on standard UPS courier delivery charges for worldwide package delivery.
If you are not happy with the postage quoted and wish to discuss alternative options with our International Sales team you can send your order details to them instead of proceeding with the order. You will be given the option to do this during checkout or can find their details here.
Tracking orders
You can track the status of your order in your Account pages, Orders page (log in to view this page). The order will be listed against its order reference number, as on the top of your order summary. This page will tell you when the order has been dispatched. If you have any queries please call customer services on 00 44 141 306 3484.
Changing delivery details
You add these when you register and can change them at any time in your Account pages, on the Delivery Details page during basket checkout.
Availability of items
When you put an item into your basket you will see a message telling you if it is in stock. When ordering on credit card on the website you cannot order items that are not yet published, out of stock items or items on evaluation. If you wish to order evaluation copies please contact the International Sales team.
